Loc Doc Scheduling Policies
Your appointments are very important to the Loc Doc, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, however, the following policies are in place to make your Loc Doc experience a great one…for you AND the Loc Doc! Our policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.
The Loc Doc maintains the right to deny service to anyone who disrespects the Loc Doc policies.
Late Start/Late Client Arrival
Depending on the service you are scheduled to receive, those who aren’t ready when the Loc Doc arrives (outcall services) or who arrive late (“in salon” services), even a few minutes late may be required to re-schedule. Anyone arriving/not ready 15 minutes or more after their appointed time is considered a “no show” and subject to the cancellation policy.
A 15 minute grace period will be given for appointments. After 15 minutes without a phone call to inform us of your E.T.A., your appointment will need to be rescheduled. In the event that you have to cancel your appointment, please call to reschedule 24 hours in advance. If you do not call, and do not arrive for your appointment, it will be considered a “no show”.
As always, for out call and “in salon” services, the Loc Doc will always inform you if we are running behind schedule to prevent or lessen the time you have to wait for your appointment to start.
To cancel an appointment without charge, let us know at least 36 hours in advance. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Any cancellation made within 35-12 hours of the appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the price of the scheduled service. Any cancellations made within 12 hours or less or a “no show” will be charged a fee of 100% of the price of the scheduled service.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping the Loc Doc scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
As a courtesy, you will receive an email to confirm your service appointments one business day prior to your appointment date. However, if you don’t see the email, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
All new clients must book online and provide a credit card to hold an appointment. Clients who have previously not upheld the cancellation policy will also be required to provide a credit card to hold an appointment.
After your first appointment, all clients get one “freebie” cancellation, because things happen. However, after one cancellation, the above cancellation policies are subject to implementation. After your third cancellation, we will no longer provide you with any services.
The Loc Doc accepts cash and credit cards ONLY! NO PERSONAL CHECKS!!!!!!
